What does this even mean? See the steps of the process below…

1. YOUR GOAL

Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic & Timeline
If your going to do anything, especially in business you need a goal and a reason why, it needs to be tangible and well defined. The first step in the process to succeeding online is understanding your vision. Some common goals include – increase calls or increase registrations to an event.

2. YOUR MARKET

Markets are a collection of individuals. The more specifically we can group these individuals according to interests, behaviour and demographics – the more successful we can be.
This part of the process, I need to understand who it is you serve or want to gain the attention of. Who is your ideal customer? I like to hear how you describe your audience, and understand the tone and interactions you have day to day. The more I can understand this, the more tailored a online marketing strategy can be. Sometimes data from google isn’t enough.

3. STRATEGY DESIGN

Every great exploit had a strategy to get there. Success leaves clues. Except in the case of invention of cereal, this was an accident…
Next I design a strategy to bring the vision to life using online marketing tactics. This is broad and hard to define concisely. But this is also the point where I bring the most value, dynamically translating your vision into a strategy of actionable steps.

4. EXECUTION, TESTING & ITERATION

There is no such thing as try, there is only do or do not. – Yoda
As the title suggests, we execute actionable steps, analyse the results, gain insights and iterate the process where necessary. This is the cycle of incremental success I employ online. An ongoing feedback loop.
